The collar and the leash are both perfect. In fact, when ordering, I chose a half-inch collar with a one-inch-thick leash. The owner messaged me to check with me and made a useful recommendation. It really blew me away to see that level of care and thoughtfulness - what a rare customer experience treat! I got my order so fast, and it was perfect! I think all my future purchases will be with them.
Wow - thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a kind review!
It means a lot that you noticed that little check-in before your order shipped. We always want to make sure every collar and leash combination is the right fit, and we’re so glad the recommendation worked out perfectly for you.
Hearing that the order arrived quickly and met your expectations is wonderful, but what really makes our day is knowing you felt cared for throughout the process. That’s exactly the experience we hope every customer has.
Thank you for trusting us with your pup’s gear, and we’re honored to hear you’ll be back for future purchases. We can’t wait to make something for you again!
